What differentiates the Phoenix Hotshots from other training services is our ability to craft highly engaging and unique approaches to learning. Founder Bryan MacKay has 8 years of experience in K-12 education and was responsible for creating a new curriculum company that focused on unique and fun ways to engage teen learners. We do this at Phoenix Hotshots through various methods; first, we employ a wealth of drills that make learning enjoyable, secondly, we have young coaches who can effectively demonstrate drills and communicate with players on their level, and thirdly, we accurately track and verbalize improvement. Our belief in youth sports coaching is to teach at a level tailored to each player, ensuring they get the most out of their time on the court with us. This may vary for each player. We work diligently to help each athlete advance, making them feel capable of taking on the next challenge while keeping the experience enjoyable.
